  • Delivery Area: We offer local delivery strictly to our designated local service areas.

  • Export Restrictions: We do not ship interstate or internationally. All orders must have a valid local delivery address.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: We conduct local deliveries daily. You can expect your order to be delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Unfulfilled Orders: Fresh produce availability can sometimes change unexpectedly. If we are unable to fulfill your order within the expected 48-hour timeframe, our team will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative delivery schedule, offer a suitable substitution, or provide a full refund for the affected items.

3. Transaction Currency

5. Refunds & Returns Policy

  • Quality Concerns: Because our products are perishable, please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refund Process: We will kindly ask for a photo of the item in question. Upon review, we will provide a replacement in your next delivery or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Change of Mind: Due to health and safety regulations regarding perishable goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for a “change of mind” once the goods have been delivered.
